“The Ensemble musikFabrik has been commissioning new works and performing previously unknown music since 1991. Q created a new identity for the contemporary music ensemble featuring a new logotype with syllables distributed in an individual rhythm. The first piece was a brochure whose design concept follows an overall storyline: At first, contemporary classical music seems inaccessible, but can be experienced with great joy, like removing the wrapping from a gift. And because factory goods usually leave the production department in packages, we started to wrap almost everything, not only musical instruments, but also people.”
