The titles of the two volumes of this monograph came from the highways that run through Modesto, California, where most of the photographs were taken. Though they feature different photographic approaches, the anonymous color portraits and narrative black-and-white photographs are two sides of one story. The books are presented back to back, held in a single stenciled slipcase that invites the reader to decide which book to read first. 160 pages, 12 x 15, perfect bound, die-cut slipcase. Sprinkle Media, printer.
