"'Labeled With Love'-wrong artist, but a song that appropriately summarizes the beverage packaging project completed by Graham Clifford Design for musician Moby's teany range of tea-based and fruit-flavored drinks," said writer Nick Shearer. "Made from original recipes in the teany restaurant run by Moby and partner Kelly Tisdale on Rivington Street in the Lower East Side, the drinks were launched in Manhattan outlets, such as Dean and Deluca and the ubiquitous corner delis, which proved a key determinant in the final choice.” Comments Clifford: "We had a number of different directions-but what decided the winner was Moby and me marching down to his corner store and sticking the variously-designed bottles on the fridge shelves to gauge the label with the biggest impact. Compounding this feel is the inclusion of a quirky little character created from Moby's own drawings. Moby doodles this little fella all the time-so we felt we had to find room for him. So he's on the back and under the cap saying hi. As for designing additions to the line in future, we are happy to oblige: Moby and the teany team were a pleasure to work with-even though it was thirsty work!"
