“Integrated with an art gallery and printmaking institution, the Robertson Quay outlet of dining concept SPRMRKT wanted people to experience what the brand was about: art, retail and food that inspires daily life. The ground floor, which took on a casual everyday deli atmosphere, led as a sophisticated, fine-casual restaurant on the second level. Custom furniture and surrealistic artworks enabled the restaurant to integrate nicely with the gallery.”
