"Ring is a turnkey installation developed by Invisible Light Network that first debuted at #FEED Powered by Twitter at SXSW 2013. Ring tracks Twitter and Tumblr activity for all bands performing at any given festival or event, mapping the network of retweets and Tumblr re-blogs that move initial posts through the social media world. It's a completely new way to measure how much grassroots buzz bands receive going into SXSW, and how that changes during the festival run."
