"Snow Mask II. Out of frustration with a painting I wasn't happy with, I smeared white paint across it and the snow mask was born. It became my favorite piece at the time and I realized that the spontaneous reactions I have while drawing from life, could also be used in my paintings. It was a big leap forward for me."
