The Modern at Art Place is a new residential community in the Fort Totten neighborhood of Washington, DC. For its site, design firm Branding Iron built upon the community’s “Make It Yours” tagline, which showcases how tenants infuse delight into their everyday lives by engaging with The Modern at Art Place’s robust art program, unique amenities and services. Vivid imagery and animated graphics contribute to the vibrancy of the site, giving visitors an overall feel of the community’s bold vision for its neighborhood.
